Getting access to the best talent around the world has gone from an advantage to a necessity. Finding opportunities as an engineer is no longer bound to a geography or office location.

EPAM was founded in 1993 and has since relied on its engineering DNA to lead major innovations and digital transformations, constantly expanding geographically as well as extending core engineering capabilities. With the acquisition of Test IO in 2019 EPAM added a global flexible workforce of manual testers passionate about working on any size of project. Learning from this capability and applying the same principles to the world of engineering, EWORK was born.
